1. Description

Shuttle racking adopts shuttle cart as the main access equipment. The storage capacity of the system can reach 80%, and it can easily realize FIFO or FIFO. The wireless remote controller of shuttle car can ensure the personal safety, and add fun to warehousing operation. The guide rail produced by special forming machine ensures the smooth operation of the system.

Rail Guide Pallet Long Rack Auto Shuttle Steel Shelving Rack System offers a new idea of the storage and access of pallets. This system consists racking, shuttles and convey system and conputer controlling system.

Loading: Pallets is loaded by forklifts to the shuttle cart which is located at the front of the drive-in system, then the shuttle cart carrys the pallet to an appointed location by remote control .

Unloading: Shuttle cart carries the pallet to the exit of the racking system under the control of the remote. The forklit unloads the pallet.
